The goal of the spiritual life, the purpose of living not just our physical life but living our spiritual life is to experience and embrace the Love of God!
Pray briefly asking God for His merciful forgiveness. But pray constantly:
Lord, help me to know Your love.
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me a sinner.
Lord, help me to know Your love!

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16.
“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us”
